Minimum Charges

Phone: 15 Minutes*
Remote: 30 Minutes
Workshop: 30 Minutes
Onsite: 60 Minutes**
After hours: 2 Hours***
Public Holidays: 4 Hours

Conditions

No Priority fees
No Callout fees
No higher rates for more senior engineers. All charged out the same low rate.
Business hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays.
All charges will be recorded in 15 minute intervals.
Discounts may be negotiated for Seniors, students and charities
Minimum charges may apply, if unsure please contact the office to speak to someone.
*Up to 5 Minutes is free, thereafter standard rates apply of minimum 15 minutes, Discretion used.
**Subsequent visits on the same ticket are in 15 minute increments.
***Work started prior to 5:30pm that goes into afterhours time has only a 15 minute minimum.
