Refund policy

We do not have to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act Consume to provide a remedy.

Faulty Items

The procedures, set out here, to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at Consumer Guarantees Act . If you do receive a faulty item, please contact us and we will work with you to organise it to be replaced under warranty.

If you have overpaid us by accident into our accounts or online via credit card payments we will refund the overpayment amount in full. Just contact to sort this out.


Please note certain items cannot be returned, unless KISS IT Limited is at fault. These are labour costs and software which has been registered to your company but media kits which are faulty will be replaced.

Returning Goods

If you wish to return goods you have a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them. Please Contact Us if you would like to return your order. Goods must be returned in their original condition, including immediate packaging, within 14 Days.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. For further information on your statutory rights look at Consumer Guarantees Act.

Delivery Policy

Depending on what you have ordered, where you are located and the size of the item, the delivery time may vary. KISS IT Uses Mainstream freight for larger freight items and their delivery times tend to be within 2-4 days. We use Parcel Post and NZ Post for all other services.

For computer parts within the Mount Maunganui area we will probably deliver them in person.

The price charged for delivery of any item includes the cost of postage, packaging materials and order processing costs and the postage price seen on the package is only a part of these costs.
